As a leading international law firm, this firm has a renowned Global Banking & Finance practice practicing in more than 60 jurisdictions. The Banking team handles a range of transactional banking work including project finance and PFI transactions. Their impressive clientele include international and Japanese banks, as well as other financial institutions in relation to cross border project and structured finance transactions arranged in Japan.
The Tokyo office of this law firm is now looking for a mid level banking & finance lawyer to join their eminent practice. You will be admitted in New York or other overseas jurisdictions with work experience in New York or other locations outside of Japan. English will be your native language, while Japanese language skills are an advantage, but not essential.
