JOB DETAILS

Our client is a dominant force in the financial services market. Its Singapore business caters to both private and institutional clients, providing brokerage, fixed income and investment banking services, and for private clients, private wealth management services. The role requires someone who can support a wide range of banking, litigation and general corporate/commercial matters. You will also be required to manage the corporate secretarial functions of the company. Relevant experience in corporate, commercial litigation or finance required.
