Arbitration Partner | Beijing / Shanghai

A well-established international law firm with a full service disputes practice is looking for a disputes / arbitration partner to head up their China office either in Beijing or Shanghai.

This globally recognized disputes group offers an excellent platform for dispute resolution partners with significant experience with disputes in the PRC. The practice has been acknowledged over the years as China's Leading Law Firm for Dispute Resolution and Arbitration by the likes of ALB and Chambers Asia. The practice's typical cases include complex commercial disuputes involving both Chinese and foreign parties, within and outside Hong Kong and China, and their clientele include domestic and foreign companies, government entities and individuals.

This firm is now looking for a disputes partner with extensive experience in the PRC, particularly in arbitration, to take on this high level supervisory role. The role will involve overseeing a sizeable team of associates in either offices, business development and working closely with partners of the Hong Kong office. Ideally, you will be from an international law firm with a strong disputes / arbitration practice and you will be a fluent Mandarin speaker.
