JOB DETAILS

This global provider of business and financial information is seeking a capable all rounder to manage the provision of legal advice across the APAC region. Fuelled by fast growth via M&A and JV activity, the successful candidate should be able to manage both pre-M&A and post-M&A/integration work. IT experience is also required, as is regional experience in order to deal with different countries in the APAC region. Based in Singapore, this role will provide the opportunity to build a legal team in line with the company’s growth.
