They are currently enjoying impressive success, and are seeking a Workers compensation manager to head their in-house legal team.
Managing claims across NSW and the ACT, you will provide:
- guidance on technical and claims management strategies for the firm,
- be responsible for implementing projects for effective management of injured employees and
- contribute to ongoing reviews of claims management processes.
You will play a pivotal role in the development of firm-wide HR initiatives and your proven management skills in a workers' compensation or personal injury claims environment will be the keys to your success. High level communication and decision making skills will secure this opportunity.
If you are keen to take a leadership role, have experience managing Personal Injury and Workers Compensation claims and possess a tertiary qualification in Allied Health, HR, Law or Business, then we would like to hear from you. Knowledge of self insured environments and Commonwealth Comcare Scheme is highly desirable, but is not a prerequisite.
