Busy CBD based law firm is seeking a litigation solicitor of not less than 4 to 5 years experience, who can handle complex commercial work as well as some criminal work with a commercial or regulatory flavour, to become an integral part of a busy litigation team of about 15 lawyers.
 
It is expected that you would possess experience within the areas of:
 
· General commercial litigation
· Experience in Local Court, Supreme and Federal jurisdictions
· Preparing briefs for Counsel and instructing Counsel.
· Preparing pleadings and affidavits for both Plaintiffs and Defendants
 
General skills:
 
· Strong communications.
· Good time and file management
· Client focused
· Team player with a hands on small firm culture
