Highly regarded National firm with a reputation for excellence seek an experienced lawyer to work in a non-fee earning role as part of their Risk Management team. This role will see you involved in managing conflicts on a firm-wide basis, providing advice on issues of risk management, client intake, and conflicts of interest.
Your day will be busy and see you handling conflict clearance which will see you working with the local risk management team as well as the London conflict team along with working on project based professional compliance matters.
To be successful you will have 6 yrs + pqe ideally with some experience in conflicts of interest and/or client intake, and will have an understanding of regulatory and conflicts issues.
You will have a knowledge of conflicts of interests, an understanding of a wide range of corporate legal work, and experience in working with senior partners and management.
