Corporate and Commercial Senior Associate / Senior Role
Our client is well established and growing mid-tier firm, with clients in the financial services, industrial, retail, property and insurance sectors. It has a great commercial group led by a young partner who is keen to continue to grow and expand the practice. Working on a range of matters you will take on the role of the key senior lawyer in the team. The role is marked for career growth and you will likely be an ambitious lawyer seeking future partnership. The firm has enjoyed a high quality corporate and commercial practice and you will have scope to run sales and acquisitions autonomously, be involved in IPO's and M&A matters, corporate finance and even securitsation. To be considered you will be a strong corporate and commercial lawyer with at least 4 years of experience, although more senior lawyers are also encouraged to apply.
