A position has recently arisen for a mid to senior level legal counsel for the Singapore office of a market leading Investment Bank. The primary responsibility for the role will be to offer legal and transaction management support to the execution of DCM and Syndicated Loan transactions across a number of South East Asian jurisdictions.
Required Skills and Experience:
· At least 4 years PQE gained in a respected law firm or an existing in-house position
· An extensive working knowledge of the legal, transactional and regulatory issues affecting the South Asian jurisdictions
· Strong working knowledge in the Capital Markets/Banking and Finance sectors and a solid technical knowledge of DCM and syndicated loans
· Strong communication skills and an ability to interact effectively with front office business people
· An ability to both work independently and as an integral part of a growing regional team
