Global consumer brand seeks a senior corporate lawyer to manage a large team across China handling mix of legal work related to sales & distribution, consumer & media complaints, marketing and promotional activities, IP protection, employment/labor disputes, procurement, construction, administrative investigations, litigation & arbitration. At least 12 years experience, ideally gained at an MNC or top tier law firm essential. Experience of high level government negotiations an advantage. Native Mandarin and strong commercial acumen essential.
