Play a key role in the future growth of the successful corporate/commercial group of this dynamic, growing national firm. Working within a successful corporate and commercial team you will add value at the top end by dealing successfully with clients, using your honed legal skills and assisting junior lawyer within the group.
Acting for a mix of clients, including a large and growing stable of clients poached from top-tier firms and several ASX top 50 companies, you will enjoy a mix of transactional work. Depending on your experience the team will utilise you in M&A, private equity, IPO's, restructures, sales and acquisitions, joint ventures, projects, corporate finance and equity capital markets work. Lawyers with financial services experience may also be of interest within the group generally.
