Finance Lawyer 3-5 years PQE - JB/2010/200004

The Corporate/Commercial team is looking for a Finance lawyer with 3-5yrs PQE with experience working in a reputable firm. On a day to day basis you will be working alongside Partners on matters including mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, structured finance, property finance and project finance. You will need to be a technically skilled lawyer with a focus on delivery and exceptional client service. Ideally you will have gained your experience to date at a top tier law firm and be looking for a firm that affords you the opportunity to become ensconced in the entirety of deals that you will be working on.
