This is a perfect opportunity for a Corporate lawyer who has already bedded down 3-5 years PQE and is now keen to move into a role where you can further develop yourself working on challenging matters across an interesting variety of sectors. You will be exposed to mergers and acquisitions matters, corporate restructures, shareholder arrangements, joint ventures, amd corporate governance to name a few.
Working directly with Partners in the firm's Sydney office, you will be provided with strong mentorship and plenty of involvement in matters. The firm has had enormous success growing staff internally and promoting from within. The culture is professional whilst also being extremely friendly, vibrant and supportive.
