JOB DETAILS

A Fortune 100 company seeks a General Counsel for its China operations. This Shanghai-based role offers an excellent opportunity for a senior attorney from private practice or in-house to work closely with business and play a leadership role. The ideal candidate shall be a Chinese national with 7 to 12 years of corporate experience gained at a top global law firm and/or a corporate legal department. Native Mandarin and excellent English essential, and an overseas JD or equivalent preferred.

This company also seeks a senior compliance manager to be based in Shanghai. The ideal candidate shall have 4+ years experience in international trade compliance, with proven expertise in export control or technology transfer issues.
