Key policy maker and regulator of the communications industry seeks a lawyer with between 6-8 years PQE to join its legal and regulatory team based in Singapore. The candidate will be involved in a wide range of matters ranging from regulatory affairs to managing and negotiating disputes pertaining to the communications industry. This will include matters pertaining to telecommunications, competition law, IT issues as well as general commercial matters and international transactions. The incumbent for this role can look forward to dealing with large-scale substantive issues including national level mega projects. The successful candidate must have good litigation experience, ideally in the area of construction law, although good candidates with a mix of litigation and corporate work will also be considered.
