My client is an internationally renowned firm seeking a Corporate M&A lawyer to join their Corporate Department in Beijing.
This role promises to be challenging and interesting as you will undertake work for both international and local clients in corporate finance projects, mergers and acquisitions and general corporate matters.
You must have M&A, private equity and/or other corporate transactions experience in Hong Kong or another common law jurisdiction.
Experience in a large international firm with at least 3 years pqe is required. Essential to the role are Chinese (Cantonese and/or Mandarin) and English language skills.
