The firm is currently seeking a mid-level lawyer with experience in both general commercial and taxation matters to join their rapidly growing Sydney office.
The successful candidate will advise on a broad range of taxation issues, including CGT and GST advice, taxation audits, taxation of trusts and business and asset structuring. You will also assist a Senior Associate on a variety of commercial transactions including negotiation and documentation of business sales, share sales, joint ventures and tender documentation.
