Our client is a major corporate with operations across the globe. Its treasury operations are sophisticated and broad and the Treasury team highly qualified. This is a fantastic opportunity to head up the team in a senior management role.
In this role, you will be advising internal clients in regard to:
1. debt, equity and capital raisings, debt programs, Stand alone debt issuances, Securitisation; and Equity issuance;
2. Running and co-ordinating the transaction management process for all new debt capital markets issues;
3. Providing legal advice to the management teams in respect of securities, corporations, trusts and equity law; APRA requirements, and regulatory compliance issues.
This is a senior role, managing a small legal team and would suit an experienced Senior Associate who is keen to make the move inhouse with a highly regarded corporate. Overseas lawyers with quality experience gained at top firms are also encouraged to apply.
