Our client is a boutique CBD firm with a thriving commercial practice. This new opportunity to join the litigation team will suit a 4th to 5th year litigator who is looking to get involved in a wide range of commercial litigation matters.
You will work with the litigation partner to grow the practice, and handle matters autonomously, as well as assist on the larger files. The position offers variety across insolvency, building disputes, mortgage recovery as well as general commercial litigation.
