Mandarin Language Skills Essential

Top tier international firm with a strong presence in Asia Pacific are looking for a Corporate M&A Senior Associate with excellent analytical, communication and research skills

Working in their Hong Kong office you will play a key role in supporting and actively developing relationships with clients, mentoring junior colleagues, partaking in business development activities including presenting at industry related programs and managing strategic relationships and networks.

You will have substantial corporate and M&A experience within a major firm in both a common law jurisdiction and the Peoples Republic of China (at least 3 years each).
