Part-Time Environment & Planning Lawyer -

The group is seeking a  part-time associate/senior associate/ senior lawyer, to job-share with another part-time associate. Applications are open to technically strong lawyers with experience practising in planning and environmental law in Queensland.

In this role, you would primarily be responsible for front-end advisory work such as :-

and would also have the opportunity to be involved in the litigation practice. You will be working for our major clients across a range of State Government projects, infrastructure, mining and resources, manufacturing, retail, commercial and residential development. The Environment & Planning practice also includes work relating to resumptions and valuation of land.

Ideally you should have studied Planning Law at a university in Queensland but if you have not, then you must have at least 1 year of experience practicing (in private practice or otherwise) primarily in planning law in Queensland.
