Top tier US law firm is seeking a mid to senior level associate to work on project development and finance matters.
Must have the ability to manage teams of junior lawyers and to prepare and negotiate a range of project development and finance agreements with limited partner supervision. Local or regional experience is preferred.

- Willingness to travel within the region
- Ability to communicate clearly in English, both orally and in writing
- Strong academic performance
- Relevant legal experience at a top-rates law firm or a proven ability to work to this level
