Corporate Lawyer, Shanghai based -

Our client a top-tier international law firm is looking for a corporate lawyer who is dynamic and commercially focused to join its team in Shanghai. The team in China focuses on M&A, private equity  and energy and infrastructure work and also advises on inbound and outbound investments.

Your role will be to work on projects within China coupled with international projects. The successful candidate must have qualified in a common law jurisdiction and should have good corporate transactional experience in the areas of M&A and  private equity. Experience in energy and infrastructure projects will be an added advantage.

You should speak and write fluent English and if you have lived or worked in China or if you have any other connection with China, that too may be an added advantage.
