This well resourced National Law Firm is seeking a talented and reliable person who has at least 2 to 4 years of experience in Workplace Relations Law. You will be involved in providing advice to a wide range of clients in diverse industry sectors, including the manufacturing, health, transport, entertainment and education sectors.
The successful applicant will have strong interpersonal skills, good drafting skills, good time management ability, and a sharp approach to problem solving and clear thinking. If you have more than 4 years of experience, then being able to show that you have a loyal client following will be an advantage.
Examples of the advice that you will provide include: on implementing workplace change; on employment agreements; on disciplinary action and dismissals; on downsizing; on OH&S; and on a broad range of ER issues including defending claims in the Tribunal and Federal Magistrates' Court.
