The successful applicant would need to have a proven track record with a minimum of 4 yrs PAE in this area with exceptional technical and business development skills.
A lawyer with domestic and international experience is highly sort to cover a broad range of areas including:
- IP disputes and litigation
- Licensing agreements
- Acquisition and Sale of IP Assets
- Trade Marks strategy
- Anti-counterfeiting
