A top international law firm with offices throughout the Gulf are currently looking for a mid level banking and finance associate to work on banking and finance matters including project finance.
- must have the ability to manage junior lawyers
- project finance experience
- ability to prepare banking and finance documentation;
- ability to negotiate agreements;
- ability to work with limited supervision;
- local experience is desirable;
- Islamic finance would be desirable but not necessary
