JOB DETAILS

A unique opportunity has arisen for a talented workplace relations lawyer to join a renowned Australia law firm.

Working in a vibrant and friendly firm, this role offers you the opportunity to work closely with commercial clients on interesting and challenging matters, whilst gaining valuable mentoring from Partners who are highly respected in their field.

You will be exposed to both litigious and non-litigious workplace relations matters. Your responsibilities will include advising on confidentiality and restraint of trade clauses, drafting contracts of employment, discrimination claims and employment benefits.

The successful candidate will have at least 2 years post admission experience within a leading top or mid-tier Australian law firm and have a strong academic record. You will have excellent interpersonal skills, enjoy work in a close knit collegiate environment and have a real passion for workplace relations law.
