Senior Associate, Mergers & Acquisitions - Focus on PRC -

A leading commercial law firm with a focus on Australia and Asia is seeking a motivated experienced Senior Associate with a strong background in corporate and M&A work with a major firm in both a common law jurisdiction and the PRC (at least 3 years each).

You should have legal training in a common law jurisdiction and if you have legal training in the PRC, that will be an advantage. You should also be fluent in Mandarin and have the ability to read and draft  in simplified Chinese characters.

Additionally, you should bring with you excellent analytical, communication and research skills and a strong commitment to client service and well-developed relationship management ability, as you will play a key role in this area.
