Opportunities for Associates in Beijing - Salans - law firm

Salans has over 750 lawyers in 20 offices including Beijing and Shanghai,and will be opening in Hong Kong later this year.

To support the build-up of the Banking & Finance and Corporate and M&A practice in our newly established Beijing office, we are now hiring mid-level associates to support our growing practice in China.

We are looking for Chinese qualified lawyers with PRC bar admission and 4 to 6 years working experience, preferably in an international law firm with strong drafting skills and fluency in English and Mandarin.

You will be a hardworking personality comfortable with interacting directly with foreign clients and colleagues in our offices around the world. We expect of our professionals a high degree of independence, creativity and a solution oriented way of work. All of our lawyers are team players and collegial behaviour, diligence and personal integrity are values we expect to find in all our staff.

You should have solid legal knowledge and working experience in corporate M&A and general commercial law and/or banking and finance law. Experience in asset finance will put you at an advantage.
