This international law firm has an excellent reputation in the region and globally and they are looking to expand their corporate team.
They are looking for a partner to manage their corporate department and to take a leading role advising on legal issues in the region.
You will be expected to have at least 10 years experience in corporate and commercial transaction including:
- mergers and acquisitions; and/or
- corporate finance
- Must have the ability to lead junior lawyers
You will also be expected to have spent a number of those 10 years in the Middle East and to bring a client following. Long term aspirations and a willingness to travel are essential.
