Our client is a leading local law firm in Jeddah. They are currently looking for an experienced talented commercial/corporate lawyer to take on managing partner role for their growing team in Saudi Arabia.
- The Ideal candidate will be extensive management experience, including managing staff, Recommend improvements in the staff structure, personnel levels and distribution and assignment of functions and tasks with respect to the administrative, financial,
facilities, financial, files and document management
- Prepare the firm's business plan and operating budget to be submitted to the Senior Partner for approval
- Standardize, document, and manage the continuous improvement of the internal
processes by which fee earners produce and deliver legal services to clients.
- Participate in the delivery of legal services to clients in matters requiring the
Managing Partner’s particular professional experience or legal expertise.
- Supervise the Senior Counsels in the performance of their professional and management responsibilities.
- Perform or supervise all other functions, duties, and tasks assigned by the Senior
Partner or the Board of Directors, or as otherwise may be necessary for the efficient
management, administration, and operation of the firm.
Local experience is strongly preferred. Fluency in arabic would distinguish the candidate but would not be essential.
