Fantastic opening for a commercial litigator to join a great firm and work directly with a leading Australian lawyer. This role is a position in the commercial litigation team of an upper mid tier firm. You will work under a partner who is a leader in his field and has a client base that is second to none. The work will be varied and could involve trade practices, intellectual property, competition, industry regulations and legal remedies. The client base will include major blue chip companies from such industry sectors as mining, electricity, energy, FMCG, chemical construction and property.You will be exposed to the interesting aspects of the work and you will gain a good level of client contact. Ideally our client is looking for about 4 years of good commercial litigation experience. The role would suit you if you are attracted to high quality work and you are also looking to work with a highly reputable litigator who will also act as a mentor who will help push your career forward.
