A leading financial services institution is seeking a bright and focused junior lawyer to join their funds group.
In this challenging role, you will be involved in all aspects of the drafting and due diligence of product disclosure statements, as well as liaising with other parts of the business and internal/external legal counsel.
To be successful in this role you will have around 18 months post admission experience gained within a reputable firm working in corporate or banking law. You will have exceptional verbal and written communication skills and enjoy working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
This is a fantastic opportunity giving you exposure to the commercial aspects of the business.
