An opportunity exists for a Senior Litigator with extensive experience in Insolvency matters to join a highly regarded Insolvency and Reconstruction team of a Top Tier, Australian firm.
The practice regularly represents clients on high profile matters including, major corporate collapses and insolvencies. Many of these transactions require the involvement of a broad range of industry professionals and specialists.
This role will allow you to work with recognised industry leaders on a range of complex and multi- jurisdictional insolvencies. Ideally, you will 5 years plus post admission experience in commercial disputes and insolvencies, strong technical skills, solid communication and strong client relationship building skills.
