JOB DETAILS

A leading commercial law firm with a focus on Australia and Asia is seeking a motivated experienced Senior Solicitor with a background in corporate /commercial law AND/OR energy and resources to join its leading mergers & Acquisitions team.

You will be given opportunities to work on a variety of Australia’s and Asia’s most complex matters and act for some of the largest and most significant public companies in the region. The practice group advises on takeovers, restructuring and mergers.

The successful applicant should have recognised experience in a similar area of law and should possess excellent analytical, communication and research skills, team focus and a strong commitment to client service.
