JOB DETAILS

One of Australia's Top Tier Law Firm's is seeking an experienced Corporate Lawyer to join its renowned National Corporate Practice.

The firm has a large and varied client base across International and National blue chip organisations. It offers the chance to gain broad exposure to M&A work and further develop skills in your speciality area.

The role will involve working across a wide variety of matters including:

Capital raisings

Business acquisitions and disposals

Corporate Reconstructions

Share and option plans

They are seeking candidates with a minimum of 5 years previous Australian market experience. Suitable candidates will also have excellent communication skills and enjoy working in a collegiate team environment.
