Exciting new role working with a leading corporate tax partner. You will receive first rate support and mentoring. This leading international law firm with offices nationally is looking for a talented lawyer to assist the corporate tax team on a range of high quality matters. You will provide advice to domestic and international clients on matters pertaining to joint venture arrangements, mergers and acquisitions, and finance projects. You will also work on issues relating to foreign investment. You will have at least 2 years experience in corporate tax.
