Our client a top-tier firm is looking to recruit a Private Equity lawyer to join its well established Corporate Advisory group. The main focus of the successful candidate will be on working with private equity fund clients and will also work on other M&A transactions.

As a sampling of the type of work you can expect, you will be keen to note that the firm has advised on more than 50 private equity transactions in the past year or so and this has included high profile management buy-outs, leveraged buy-outs and secondary buy-outs. The firm has also worked on expansion capital investments as well as exits.
