Our client, a well established National Law firm, is seeking an experienced Commercial Property lawyer to head up their busy and expanding Melbourne Property group.
Working with a close-knit team, you will be responsible for servicing key commercial clients on various commercial matters including:
- retail and commercial leasing;
- acquisitions and disposals;
- property due diligence;
- building and construction contracts; and
- litigation.
You will have 5 yrs + previous experience, your own following, a high level of initiative, well developed legal skills and the ability to manage people.
