Our client is seeking an Employment and Workplace Relations Lawyer with 4-5 years PQE with solid employment relations experience.
This role involves advising on all legal issues that directly or indirectly relate to the employment relationship from its commencement, through its operation and upon termination.
You will be advising on strategic workplace relations and planning, workplace policies, equal opportunity and anti-discrimination issues, as well as employment issues arising out of corporate restructuring or divestment.
You must have previous experience in a similar role working in a well known and reputed firm with excellent academics.
