Legal & Compliance Executive
Use your legal and compliance skills to drive compliance in key role within a global financial services organisation. Our client is seeking to appoint a Legal and Compliance Executive within its Regulatory Risk team. The successful candidate will work with the Legal and Compliance Manager to interpret and provide advice across the organisation nationally on new legislative and regulatory requirements (including the Corporations Act, Privacy Act, Consumer Credit Code, and APRA), draft policies and procedures to implement changes, and liaise with regulatory bodies. To be considered for this role, candidates with legal qualifications and compliance experience within financial services are highly desirable. You will have excellent communication skills to work with divisions across the organisation and to ensure that your advice and policies are fully understood and implemented.
