You will be an integral member of the Banking & Finance team in this Sydney based mid tier law firm which also has offices in China.
Working alongside a Partner and a Junior Lawyer with a team of two secretaries supporting you all, you will be the second in order of rank and experience.
As such it is vital that you have at least 3 + yrs pqe in Banking & Finance.
Acting for a range of major financial institutions, second-tier lenders, mezzanine financiers and cashflow lenders you will be also mentoring the more junior member of the Banking & Finance team.
You will be highly motivated, flexible and productive.
Excellent communication and organisational skills will stand you in good stead as will an enthusiastic approach.
