A wonderful opportunity exists to join a rapidly expanding global organisation in a newly created role as their first Legal Counsel in Dubai with regional coverage of EMEA. The responsibilities of the role will include all corporate commercial matters, M&A activities, contract negotiation, managing litigation and external counsel and advising a variety of business lines on legal issues. Our client is a diversified medical care organisation operating around the globe; they are innovative in their approach and therefore seek candidates with a can-do approach and real interest in developing their legal career in the Middle East. Applications are welcome from Commonwealth qualified lawyers, with experience of working in the Middle East, or lawyers qualified in Arabic speaking countries. Fluency in written and spoken English is also required.
