Our client is a leading funds manager with a superb reputation for the provision of trustee services. They have a sizeable legal team and are currently recruiting for an additional lawyer to undertake a genuine mixture of transactional and advisory work.



This is a rare opportunity where the lawyers gain proper transactional exposure as the work is primarily contained in-house whilst benefitting from close client relations and daily advisory assistance.



You will be involved in a fantastic mixture of work including funds, securitisation, banking and finance work, venture capital and general corporate work. Added to this, you will be able to boast autonomy but with a supportive and collegiate working environment.



Whilst a banking and finance or trustee background would be useful, candidates with a strong corporate experience plus a demonstrable interest in this area with a minimum of 4 years' experience will be considered.
