Minter Ellison’s Nathan Deveson says not being honest about who you are and what sort of career you want is the number one mistake jobseekers males. “I’ve done hundreds of interviews over the years so it’s pretty easy to pick the people who are trying it on and are pretending to be something they are not,” he said. “At Minter Ellison, we want people who are genuine and can honestly discuss their experience and what they want out of their career.”
